NEW YEAR PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)
Who can enter:
Prize Draw open to aged 18 years or over only,
Opening/closing date & time:
· Prize Draw in relation to the NEW YEAR PRIZE DRAW open for entry via The Residence Website (“Website”) on Sunday 1st January 2023.
· Prize Draw closes for entries via the website on Wednesday 1st February 2023 at 23.59.
Winner selection & contact:
· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
How to enter & cost of entry:
Entries are submitted via the competition submission form at www.thepilatesreform.com
Prize:
There is one (1) prize of 2 night / 3 day retreat package at The Residence Newquay for 2 people. The prize will include one bring a friend package in a standard room. Room upgrade and additional nights and services can be purchased if requested by the winner at an additional cost.
Packages cannot be exchanged for cash alternative and cannot be transferred. Package must be booked and availed by latest 30th April 2023.
Booking Terms and Conditions
All pilates reformer retreat packages are fully refundable until 4 weeks prior to arrival. 50% refundable until 1 week prior to arrival and cancellations within one week of arrival will be chargeable at 100% of the rate.
Guests must notify The Residence of any personalised requirements at a minimum of 1 week prior to arrival else requests may not be fulfilled.
All guests will be assessed upon arrival, if there is any undeclared reason that The Residence deems unsafe for participants to partake in the provided activities no refund will be offered.
